The final day of the “The Pressure to Connect: Tackling Digital Stress and Addiction” project provided participants with the opportunity to reflect on their learning journey, showcase the competences they had developed throughout the week, and strengthen the sustainability of the project’s outcomes.

The day began with the “Who’s The User?” activity, where participants anonymously shared amusing and relatable confessions about their technology habits. The activity created a relaxed atmosphere and further reinforced the sense of trust and connection that had developed among the youth workers throughout the project.

Participants then took part in a “Good Practice Exchange” visit with local stakeholders and organisations. During these meetings, they explored successful youth work practices, exchanged experiences, and discussed opportunities offered through the Erasmus+ programme. The activity encouraged international learning and provided valuable insights into innovative approaches used by local organisations.

As part of the cultural programme, participants joined a city tour of Navarra, visiting important historical and cultural landmarks such as the Pamplona Citadel, Taconera Gardens, the historic city walls, and Plaza del Castillo. This experience allowed youth workers to deepen their understanding of the host community while strengthening intercultural learning and cultural appreciation.

During the Youthpass session coordinated by Poland, participants reflected on the knowledge, skills, and competences they had developed throughout the project. The activity supported the recognition of non-formal learning outcomes and helped participants document their personal and professional growth.

The project concluded with a final evaluation session in which youth workers shared their experiences, learning achievements, and plans for applying the methods and tools they had acquired during the week. Participants also discussed ways to transfer the project’s outcomes to their local communities and continue promoting digital wellbeing among young people.

At the end of the week, participants returned to their countries equipped with new tools, methodologies, and perspectives on digital wellbeing, mindful technology use, and supporting young people in navigating the challenges of the digital world. The project also strengthened international partnerships and created a solid foundation for future cooperation in the field of youth work and digital wellbeing.
