Official Approval! Transforming Tomorrow with Women in STEM: Empowering Futures!

Through the activities we will implement within the scope of our Women in STEM: Empowering Futures project, we will strengthen women's participation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and support the development of their digital competencies. To address the structural and social barriers women face in these fields, our project will feature practical workshops, coding sessions, and digital skills training designed to boost participants' confidence and open up new career pathways.

During the implementation phase, through dynamic youth work methodologies, mentorship programs, and international collaboration, participants will enhance their technological literacy and build long-lasting professional networks. Furthermore, the project will promote cross-cultural understanding, highlight accessible learning opportunities such as Erasmus+, and empower young women to take an active and influential role in shaping the future of science and technology.
